Robopac Robot Master R80 FRD — robotic pallet wrapper. Autonomous drive-around foil wrapper for pallets or other loads.

This film wrapper can be used anywhere on the dispatch floor. It simply rides around a pallet and wraps it in stretch foil. Equipped with a guide wheel so that the machine follows the contours of the pallet while the pallet is wrapped with the film. These can be pallets of all sizes (from 60 x 60 cm to 360 x 80 cm ground size and up to 220 cm high (option: 240 cm)). The load height is detected by a photocell.

The robot has an adjustable travel speed, adjustable vertical speed of the foil unit. and various programs that can be selected via a display on the upright column. Inside the body is the battery - the Robot Master doesn't need a cord while wrapping. Up to 150 pallets can be wrapped with one battery charge. A safety bumper prevents dangerous situations. Moving the Robot Master can either be done by hand (with the drawbar) or with a forklift.

The foil unit has an adjustable stretch and uses 50 cm wide rolls with a thickness between 8 and 35 microns of your choice. The maximum roll diameter is 30 cm. There is also a deluxe version available (the Robot Master M110 PDS) where the film roll is driven and can stretch up to 300% with great accuracy.
