Schut Systems E2000 and Spartan. Horizontal endloading Cartoning machine (Side loading).
The E2000 and Spartan horizontal endloading (sideloading) cartoning machines from Schut Systems open a pre-glued box, put it in the filling position, close the box and remove it from the machine.
The box can be filled using a drawer that is manually operated or the product can be automatically slid into the box. The speed to be achieved depends on the box size for the E2000 about 15 and for the Spartan about 30 boxes per minute. Both machines are demonstrated in the demo room in Eerbeek, the Netherlands.
Simplicity, which is why these semi-automatic endloading machines are clearly characterized. Easy to operate and maintain, compact and easy to use. The speed makes these cartoning machines interesting for companies at the top of manual packaging. The E2000 and Spartan are also available on a rental basis.
