With our seal seam inspection systems, the seals of seal packages, such as bags and trays, are inspected extremely precisely for product residues or other contamination in the sealing area of the packages. For this, the so-called hyperspectral vision technology is used. Whether the film is transparent, colored or opaque, our machines realize this without any problems.
When our systems detect a defect on the line, you immediately receive a real-time data update. The seal packaging is immediately rejected, so that it does not end up on the shelves of your customers. When desired, the defective product is ejected from the belt.
